🔐 Privacy Policy
How we handle your personal data.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how personal data collected through Online PC Doctor is handled.
2. Data We Collect
When you create a free account, your username and email address are stored in WordPress. Results from Check My Computer, Screen Tests, Internet Speed Test, and other tools are kept only in your browser, for this session, and are not sent to our server, with the exception of the ping/upload requests used by the Internet Speed Test itself (these are for measurement only; their content is not stored).
3. Social Sign-In (Google and X)
Online PC Doctor offers social sign-in only through Google and X (formerly Twitter). When you choose social sign-in, we may receive the basic profile information needed to create or link your account: your display name, provider account identifier, profile image when available, and an email address when Google makes it available. Our X configuration does not request your email address.
X’s standard read-only authorization screen may grant technical access to timeline posts (including protected posts), lists and collections, profile and account settings, and follow, mute and block relationships. Online PC Doctor uses the X connection only for sign-in and account linking; it does not use this permission to publish, message, follow, unfollow, mute, block, or modify your X account.
Online PC Doctor never receives your Google or X password. You can disconnect access at any time from the connected-apps settings in your Google or X account.
4. Cookies
The site uses WordPress's own essential cookies for login and session functionality, plus a cookie that remembers your language/region choice. See the Cookie Policy for details.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us using the details below to exercise these rights.
